Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer your message.

Our hosting systems create routine logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visit time, and pages requested. Aggregate information helps us maintain the site and see which material visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
We process the information above to run the site, diagnose faults, review traffic, and improve its pages. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Orange County and California offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy. The same applies to sponsored search results, which an independent company provides.
Parties That Process Data
Vendors that host or support the site may process technical logs for us. Analytics and advertising providers may receive the automatically collected data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes stated here. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or personal profile for them.
Visitors Under Age 18
This service is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 submitted such information, and we will remove it.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may have rights to know about, correct, or delete personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. The Delete Act also governs deletion requests to registered data brokers, subject to its exceptions. Because we keep very little data, a request normally involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Tustin, Orange County, or California agencies remain under the custodian's control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to that office.
